A campaign to bring awareness in bringing PayPal to the Philippines just began recently on a blog! It can be found on the “PayPal for the Philippines” blog
About time, I tell you.
I wonder what sort of pressures this will put on our banks as their income from remittances. But I believe that a smart bank that supports this intiative would certainly bag a lot of accounts! Imagine how its stock would climb! Hmm…well, I don’t really know!
As for me, it would make it very convenient for my clients to compensate me. Making it possible to begin selling services and products on my own online store is the bottom line.
