I’ve almost finished the Legend of the Mango Filipino children’s book. Shooting for a more graphic style for this one but maintaining a painted quality (soft pastels). It’s fun to be an illustrator!
Primordia is a upcoming series of cosmic proportions by John Fultz and illustrated by Roel Wielinga to be printed and distributed by Archaia Studio Press. So far I’ve only seen a few pages, but I’ve already colored all the covers. They are fantastic!
The first and largest children’s book publisher in the Philippines Adarna House has given me the opportunity to illustrate another book! While I can’t say much in line of details, the book will be part of Adarna’s line of Filipino Hero books. My deadline is the end of March for this one. It feels kinda tight. Sorry I can’t post any illustrations yet! (I only have thumbnails so far anyway, so…)
In the meantime you can already pick up a hardcover copy of Alex Sheikman’s ROBOTIKA - collecting 4 issues and several side stories of this out-of-this-world story at Comic Quest Megamall for Php1000.
