Rusty Banana Forge

Our Globelines phone and internet connection in Mandaluyong is STILL DEAD.  For almost month!!!  It began February 11, 2008… and until today March 6, 2008 - the phone is still dead.  My multiple requests for a temporary alternative line seem to have fallen of deaf robot ears.  No one calls to inform us of situation or of the request I made.  There is no restitution being provided by Globelines, not even a word from this vaunted telecom company only impotent consolation.   I have to keep calling them, and they never call back, knowing very well how difficult it is to call them in the fist place.

If I were God, I’d send them all into exile.  But I’m not, so I’m going to exile myself instead from them.

On my recent call to Globe telecom, I again requested for a temporary line.  I added too that they should note down that my dad is in the hospital for a broken femur after stumbling in the bath.    But hey… I don’t think the technical support people care all that much that we can’t use the phone to facilitate his speedy recovery.

I also don’t think they care that I can hardly work anymore - because of the precious time I have to spend at an internet cafe instead of at my home office.

Globe telecom and Innove are just begging for me to give an ultimatum and I will give it tomorrow.
