So after reading my post on Digimon’s Kamiya vs Super Inggo, Randy here (aka Squid, apparently a friendster buddy of my pal Jonas Diego,) called me a bourgeois anime otaku on my blog. Very observant of him. He humored my analysis between the two characters and he offered a challenged to me – anime otaku me …. to create a totally original character design which he will then dissect. I challenged him to do the same.
His aim was to eventually reveal my design to be a hodgepodge of anime-influenced anime-looking characters which we both know very well is just going to make me look like I was born yesterday. My aim was to show that the only thing he could draw was a ninja out of his ear and his dissection of my work would mean very little.
 Did the challenge anyway. I had to let it out. “Heart of Squid.” That’s for you Randy. Download and dissect it if you want to.
For some reason, this reminds me of those screaming jewel-things in Berserk.
