3 Fun Ways to Keep Your Drawing Skill

Hey artists! Are you still complaining that your drawing skills aren’t improving? It’s probably because your desire to draw is waning!  If you’ve got the passion for it, you’ll discover that even if you hardly improve – you’ll keep at it!

Here are some fun ways to keep you going:

1. Find people who are going around sketching.

Hangout. Be friends.   Organize a Sketch Crawl. If you’re in Manila just join the Sketch Walk!  Here’s one for September 18, 2010:

You won’t have to pressure yourself to draw, because your friends will do that for you!  http://sketchwalkphilippines.blogspot.com/

2. Draw your notes.

Doodle. No one said that important things had to only be written and could only be dull.  Our friends at WeWillDoodle have taken doodling to the level of performance!

3. Give them away!

There’s a happiness that comes with giving. You can capitalize on that or leverage that to keep yourself drawing. Give your drawings to friends. You can even give the ugly ones to strangers online by posting them rights-free on your blog. Don’t let your need to secure your art as YOURS prevent you from enjoying and sharing your superpower!
