DSWD Secretary claims no volunteers to move the relief goods!! Trick or treat?? President GMA has begged the world to send the Filipino people relief goods (for typhoon Ondoy) through the DSWD. That’s the Philippine Department of Social Welfare and Development. But apparently news and photos have gotten around of the DSWD constipating these goods – which are now rotting in her insides.
